So, finally, some words of inaction from our current provincial government. No news on having a sustainable, eco-friendly, feasible, long standing fix-type of Garbage Management.
Though there are Countries who provides support (ie. Japan). Isn't it the right time to consider that? That Cebu is not an island on its own?
